Note for my future

・possibly, eat dinner by 7.

・drink liquor in weekend only.

・run, run and run for one hour minimnm.

・less meat, but more fish and vegetable

・study English harder after running and taking a bath.

All things i mention above is started from tomorrow (9/27).

Going on a diet, and get a good and healthy body!!
