My Idea on the Japanese school
Very huge probrem happened to me.
We had to think of the problem seriously and solve it as soon as possible. Always, we hope nothing bad will happen to them, but often they betray. This time, either.
Often, this can be protected by themselves. But, they take them lightly following : "it's OK if doing later." , "Anyone can help me." or " it's very unlucky when finding out. "
the most important thing, when I've learned since working here, is "home". In this case, " home " has three things : as the family, as the place to return, and the stage for their life.
First, home as the family is life with their family. it is very important for teenagers to spend mush good time with their own family. they can make what they are easily communicating with their family member, especially senior to them like parents and grandparents. Nowadays, the chance to talk with seniors is less and less and a nuclear family has increased. in other words, they have few chances to learn many things from seniors and they can't study how to live in their life.
Second, home as the place to return means to have the place to go back when they are very sad and sufferd. Anywhere is OK. Going back and having a chat about that, they are very satisfied. If no place, they can't complain and accumulate their anger. As a result, they take to misconduct.
Lastly, they have no idea to be in their own life. They need the stage to stand out. So, I think it is necessary for them to make some fields their to live in by themselves. We're teachers have to give them to students, and make them as much confidence as possible. They don't have too much confidence to do anything outside.
As a result of these sentences, I think the school in Japan is to be their home. After graduation, they're going to go on to the next step as a member of society and working at any companies. They must grow up an adult as a Japanese man who has a job. This is the school in Japan, especially my school, I think.

the story of my job
My job is really tough...
I have to understand what my student is and what they say, but I must lead to a good student when they do some bad behaviers. It is very difficult for me to tell his . This is the job of the department of the student guidance.
yesterday, a student dropped off some goods, which the students mustn't bring to school, from his pocket. when we found that, we should teach him about his act instantly. but i couldn't. So the story was pazzling.
I think these mistakes caused less - experience. I think the first year teacher can make some mistake.Making mistakes would grow up ourselves. Making mistakes would have our expriences.
I want to be a good teacher for my students.
So, what is the good teachers for them ??
always praised and pleased with them ??
never scold to them ??
Both are very important for the students.
I think the good teacher is always to be in their side whenever they want.
We should stay by them even if we are very busy, stop doing our own tasks.
This, my saying above, is a good teacher now I'm thinking.

NISA linked to other faked support for nuclear power

A former senior official of the Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency acknowledged Tuesday that NISA asked Shikoku Electric Power Co. to have its employees attend a government-sponsored symposium on atomic energy in June 2006.
The official, who headed the office of nuclear safety public relations at NISA, which is under the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, said he asked senior officials at Shikoku Electric's Tokyo branch to compel its employees to attend the forum and actively express their opinions.
前任の原子力保安員の政府高官が、火曜日、四国電力に対して2006年6月の原子力に関する政府主催のシンポジウムに従業員を出席させるよう依頼したことを認めた。
経済産業省に所属している核安全渉外事務室の室長は、四国電力東京支部の幹部に対して、従業員をフォーラムに無理やり参加させて積極的に意見を述べるようさせるよう指示した。

Iwate beef cattle shipments banned

The government issued a shipment ban Monday on all beef cattle from Iwate Prefecture after detecting radioactive cesium exceeding the state limit from a number of cows.
Iwate is the third prefecture to be handed down such orders, following Fukushima and Miyagi, raising nationwide concern over the spread of contaminated beef cattle. On Sunday it was reported that Tochigi could be next.
Farmers who fed their cattle contaminated straw must test all of their slaughtered beef, while other farmers must test at least one cow per ranch. The ban will be partially lifted if they pass the tests, Edano said, adding the government will make sure farmers are compensated.
牛から基準値を超える放射性セシウムが検出されたことで、政府は月曜日、岩手県産の牛肉の出荷停止を発表した。
岩手県は福島県と宮城県に続いて出荷停止が公表され、汚染牛の拡大について全国的な懸念が高まっています。日曜には栃木県も続くのではないかと報告されました。
他の農家は牧場あたり少なくとも１頭だけ検査をしなければならない、一方で牛に汚染藁を与えていた農家は全ての食用牛のテストを行わなければならい。検査に合格すれば、部分的に停止措置を解除する、と政府の酪農家の賠償の件に付け加えて、枝野官房長官は話した。
